Believing the sources, a resident of the Choptank called the police and informed them about finding a dead body in the river. At 1 PM, Sigmon went fishing in the country, and two hours later, people saw him. He never returned to the boat after that and left no traces of his whereabouts. Sigmon appeared to have been killed after falling off the fishing boat. The fisherman has not been seen aboard the boat since December. People later observed him on the Choptank River and reported him to the police. However, the real cause of Erin’s death has yet to be discovered.
